## Job Overview

Garage Supply Guys is a US-based e-commerce company that sells professional automotive shop equipment, including vehicle lifts, tire changers, wheel balancers, alignment systems, and brake lathes.

Our customers include auto repair shops, tire shops, and car dealerships across the United States. Many customer orders are high-value purchases, so this role requires someone who can communicate professionally, answer questions clearly, and help customers feel confident throughout the buying process.

We are looking for a full-time Customer Support and Inbound Phone Representative who is reliable, well-spoken, organized, and comfortable handling calls, emails, live chat, quotes, and customer follow-ups.

## Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls from customers and business buyers
* Assist customers with product questions, order updates, quotes, and general inquiries
* Respond to customer emails and live chat messages professionally
* Follow up on open quotes and abandoned carts
* Help recover potential sales through clear and timely follow-up
* Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, shipping, and customer concerns
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to draft responses, prepare quotes, and work more efficiently
* Learn product details and technical information through training

## Requirements

* Excellent spoken English for handling calls with US-based customers
* Strong written English for emails, chat, and customer follow-ups
* Previous phone experience in customer service, inside sales, BPO, call center, or a similar role
* Comfortable using online tools, AI tools, email, chat, and basic e-commerce systems
* Willing to learn automotive shop equipment and product details
* Reliable internet connection
* Quiet workspace suitable for phone calls
* Organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions carefully
* Able to work the required overnight schedule long term

## Schedule

This position follows US business hours:

**8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time**

For applicants in the Philippines, this is approximately:

**8:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time**

This is an overnight shift. Please apply only if you can reliably work this schedule on a long-term basis.

## Preferred Skills

* Sales or inside sales experience
* Experience following up on leads, quotes, or abandoned carts
* E-commerce experience
* Shopify experience
* CRM, helpdesk, or live chat experience
* Automotive, dealership, repair shop, or equipment-related experience
