Full Time Human Resources Rep - Help Us Hire Vendors Online Call Support/Email/Facebook/Texting-Call Center Exp Needed

JOB OVERVIEW
We are an American based company and we have an immediate need for a full time representative to handle answering questions for potential workers using Email/Facebook/Texting/Call Support as part of our human resources department.

The starting payment terms are not negotiable. If you do not agree to these terms, again, do not apply.
Finally - if you have intermittent internet - do not reply as this position requires you to be active and online throughout the working day.

The duties of this position would include:

Running ads on platforms such as Facebook and ---------- (we provide training)
Responding to ads via email, text messaging (via google voice), and facebook and ----------
Starting conversations with potential hires via using Email/Facebook/Texting/Call
Answering any questions the potential hires might have
Collecting paperwork and insuring a smooth transition for any new hires

In-House Communication:
All of our daily communication is through "slack App" for phone and PC . We can chat, share videos, pictures etc.

Training:
We provide paid training to get you up to speed on how we do things

Requirements:
Must be fluent in English in written form and be comfortable chatting with people in the English Language
Must be able to work full time 8AM to 5PM C.S.T. Monday - Friday
Must not have another job or do side work on Upwork or any other site.
Must be familiar with Microsoft word/excel or google docs/sheets.
Must be comfortable asking question and asking for help (we want you to succeed)
Must have a good computer and VERY reliable internet and be able to work from home without interruption.
Must be familiar with call applications or transition to using one like it
Must be confident to answer any questions via call once trained (training will be provided).


Payment Terms:
Pay starts at $60.00 per week and will go up from there. We will provide a review after 90 days with salary increase. We pay once a week on Wednesday via payoneer. We provide 13 month bonus at the end of the year and generous bonuses throughout the year. We also provide paid vacation after working with us for one year.
