Full-Time GoHighLevel Automation Specialist (Work From Home)

Groves IQ is a fast-growing U.S.-based automation company helping small businesses streamline operations using AI-powered tools — including voice agents, chatbots, smart scheduling, CRM automations, and social media content.

We’re hiring a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to join our remote team and manage client onboarding, automations, chatbot setups, and ongoing workflow improvements.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Building, testing, and maintaining GoHighLevel workflows

Creating client sub-accounts and assigning phone numbers

Setting up:

AI voice agents

Chatbots

Calendar/scheduling systems

Stripe payment links and subscriptions

Automated onboarding sequences

Managing CRM tagging, follow-ups, and demo booking flows

Scheduling automated social media posts using Gamma + ChatGPT prompts

Ensuring all systems are integrated and operating smoothly

Attending internal team chats and check-ins via Zoom

? What We’re Looking For
???? 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience

???? Strong understanding of:

Workflows, triggers, tags, SMS/email sequences

Chat widgets, forms, surveys, and calendars

Stripe subscription and payment workflows

???? Experience setting up client-facing AI tools (chat or voice)

???? Comfortable managing multiple client sub-accounts

?? Able to use ChatGPT and Gamma to assist with branded post templates

???? Solid English communication skills

? Available full-time (40 hours/week) — U.S. or PH daytime preferred

???? Bonus If You Have:
Zapier or Make (Integromat) automation experience

Experience managing AI content pipelines

Familiarity with social media content workflows (post scheduling + engagement)
