Full-Time Full Stack Web App Developer (UI/UX + AI-Assisted Coding)

We’re hiring a full-time, long-term Full Stack Web App Developer to help us design, build, and ship modern web applications.

If you love turning ideas into real, deployed products, care about UI/UX, and know how to make the most of AI coding assistants (without relying on them blindly), we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain full-stack web apps (frontend + backend)

Turn UI/UX concepts into clean, responsive layouts

Implement backend logic, APIs, and integrations

Deploy and maintain apps in production environments

Collaborate on features, flows, and architecture

Use AI tools (Claude) to speed up development while fully understanding the code

Skills We’re Looking For

Frontend: React / Next.js (or similar), modern JS/TS, responsive design, Tailwind or similar T3 Stack

Backend: Node.js / Express / Next API routes (or similar), REST APIs, basic security

Database: SQL or NoSQL (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Deployment: Vercel, Netlify, AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar

UI/UX: Good eye for clean, modern, intuitive interfaces

AI Tools: Comfortable using AI coding assistants in a smart, controlled way

Requirements

Proven experience building and deploying real web applications

Portfolio with live app links and UI/UX examples

Good English communication

Stable internet and reliable workstation

Available full-time (40 hrs/week) with some overlap with PST (Los Angeles time)
