Full Time Facebook Ads Manager Position

About the Role:
We are a US-based marketing agency looking for a dedicated, trustworthy Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our team full time. This is a straightforward but detail-oriented role — everything is systemized and built out for you. We just need someone reliable, honest, and ready to show up every day.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing 30 client accounts — one niche, one service
Copy and pasting provided ad copy and creatives (everything is done for you)
Handling basic client communication and support
Keeping Cost Per Lead (CPL) below $12
Testing ad sets for performance
Launching and managing lead gen forms and funnels
Monitoring campaigns daily and flagging issues


Requirements
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Must know how to launch Lead Forms and Funnels
Pixel and CAPI experience required
Detail-oriented and comfortable sitting at a computer all day
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Must be exclusively dedicated to our company — no other clients or employers
Honest, trustworthy, and faith-driven values are important to us

Schedule
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
Includes 1 full hour paid lunch break

Compensation

???? Base Pay: $800/month USD
???? Pay increase after 4 months based on performance
???? Monthly commission bonuses on top of base pay
