Full-Time Embroidery Digitizer (Wilcom Expert) – Remote

Job Description:

We are a growing custom hat company based in the U.S., and we are looking to hire an experienced Embroidery Digitizer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Wilcom Embroidery Software and be skilled at preparing high-quality DST files for embroidery on hats, including 3D puff and flat embroidery. This is a full-time, remote position with set working hours, and the selected candidate must be able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with our team.

Your Responsibilities:

- Digitize logos into clean, production-ready DST files using Wilcom software.
- Adjust and optimize designs for different hat placements (front, side, back).
- Create 3D puff embroidery files, ensuring precision in stitch paths and underlay.
- Ensure the accuracy of the logo size, placement, and stitch density based on client specifications.
- Organize and upload finalized embroidery files into ClickUp for the team to track.
- Review, correct, and improve files submitted by other tea ---------- mbers or clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of professional digitizing experience using Wilcom Embroidery Software.
- Proficiency in digitizing complex logos, with a deep understanding of 3D puff, flat embroidery, and other stitching techniques.
- Ability to ensure clean and precise embroidery files, with proper stitch flow, underlay, and density adjustments.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in logo sizing and placement accuracy on hats.
- Excellent problem-solving skills when troubleshooting embroidery file issues.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good communication skills in English for clear instructions and updates.

Desired Skills (But Not Required):

- Experience working with U.S. apparel or hat companies.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, or any other project management tools.
- Ability to also create vector files (AI, EPS) for patches when needed.

Working Hours:

- Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
- Set working hours: Must be available to work during standard U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time zone).

Compensation:

- Starting from $600/month.
- Payment via PayPal, Wise, or your preferred method on a monthly basis.
