Full-Time Developer – AI-Accelerated Development

I run a fast-growing AI agency, and I'm looking for a developer to join the team and work with us on genuinely exciting projects. We build real systems with real impact, and we keep things fun, collaborative, and low on bureaucracy.
To be clear: this isn't a prompt-writing or no-code role. I want an experienced developer who builds full systems end to end, and who leverages AI to ship faster and smarter than the old way of working.

What you'll do:

- Design and build complete applications and systems, front to back
- Integrate LLMs and agentic AI into the products you build
- Work with REST APIs, web development, and modern deployment
- Use AI tooling to move fast without cutting corners on quality

What I'm looking for:

- An experienced developer who can architect and build full systems independently
- Uses AI as a core part of their workflow to ship faster and better
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and agentic AI into real products
- Strong with REST APIs and modern web development
- Solid understanding of databases: SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, and RAG
- Comfortable with self-hosted and scalable deployment
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Reliable, self-driven, and a good communicator
