About Us
We run two growing eCommerce businesses:
Extac Outdoors – outdoor, knives, 4WD and adventure gear
Oh Happy Home – eco-friendly rugs and homewares
We’re expanding and need a reliable full-time remote assistant to help with customer support and product uploads across multiple platforms.
? The Role
This is a full-time position working Monday–Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM Sydney time.
(That’s 5:00AM–1:30PM / 6:00AM–2:30PM Philippines time, depending on daylight savings).
Main Responsibilities
Customer Support
Answer phone calls (via VOIP/AU number forward)
Reply to customer
Process refunds, track orders, liaise with warehouse
Product Uploads & Catalogue Management
Add and update products on Shopify, Neto, and Amazon Seller Central
Write/edit titles, bullet points, descriptions, and tags
Upload images and optimise listings for SEO
Maintain spreadsheets for products and stock
Other Tasks
Set up discount codes, bundles, and promotions
Assist with marketing/admin projects (influencers, launches)
? Requirements
Excellent English writing and speaking skills (clear, professional phone manner)
Typing speed 50+ WPM (please provide a test screenshot)
Prior eCommerce experience (Shopify, Amazon required; Neto experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Reliable internet, good headset, and a quiet workspace

Full-time: 40 hours per week
Salary range: PHP45,000 – $60,000 PHP per month, depending on skills & experience
