We are a fast-growing credit repair and funding company looking for a full-time team member who understands credit repair, disputes, client communication, Zoho CRM, operations, and lead follow-up. This person must be organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable helping with both backend operations and occasional sales/cold calling when needed.
This is not just a basic admin role. We need someone who understands how to help manage a fast-growing credit repair and funding business, support clients, assist with disputes, help with follow-up, and at times assist with sales, lead follow-up, and cold calling when needed.
The ideal person is someone who can wear multiple hats, stay organized under pressure, communicate well in English, and help us keep the business running smoothly as new leads and clients come in daily.
This role is full-time

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in the credit repair industry
Understands how to read and review consumer credit reports
Knows how to assist with credit disputes
Understands negative items such as:
collections
charge-offs
late payments
repossessions
evictions
bankruptcies
hard inquiries
outdated personal information
Has experience using Zoho CRM
Can manage client communication and updates
Can follow up with leads through calls, SMS, and
Is comfortable doing cold calling or sales follow-up when needed
Is highly organized and can help improve systems and workflow
Can assist with team coordination, hiring support, and operational tasks
Has strong English speaking and writing skills
Is proactive and does not need to be micromanaged
Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
Credit Repair / Client Support
Assist with reviewing client credit reports
Help prepare and organize dispute information
Support the dispute process and client file management
Track client progress and ensure files are updated properly
Follow up with clients regarding required documents, updates, and next steps
Help keep client accounts organized and moving forward
CRM / Operations
Manage and update Zoho CRM
Keep lead and client records organized and accurate
Track communication, appointments, notes, and follow-ups
Help improve internal systems and operational workflow
Help make sure no leads or clients fall through the cracks
Support onboarding for new clients
Lead Follow-Up / Sales Support
Follow up with inbound leads quickly
Call warm leads who submitted information through ads or forms
Assist with appointment setting and confirmations
Help re-engage missed leads and no-shows
Occasionally assist with cold calling
Support basic sales conversations and move prospects toward booking or enrolling
Admin / Team Support
Help manage day-to-day admin tasks
Assist with team coordination
Support hiring-related tasks when needed
Help keep projects, tasks, and communication organized
Assist leadership with operational support as the company grows
Required Skills
To qualify, you should have experience with most of the following:
Credit repair experience
Dispute process knowledge
Zoho CRM experience
Strong communication skills
Customer service experience
Sales or lead follow-up experience
Cold calling confidence
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Ability to follow SOPs and improve workflows
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
