Full-Time Content Video Editor (CapCut + Canva)

At 20x Agency, we’re hiring a full-time remote content editor — someone who doesn’t just edit, but understands why certain ---------- nts resonate and how to bring stories to life across platforms.

This is NOT just a short-form role. Most projects include a full package:
- Longform video (e.g., podcast or talking head)
- YouTube thumbnail + title
- 3 short-form clips for Reels/TikTok/Shorts
- 1 carousel post for IG/LinkedIn

We want someone with great taste, solid instincts, and strong creative judgment.

TOOLS WE USE:
- CapCut (video editing)
- Canva (graphics and layout)
- Descript (content review and clip selection)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid portfolio with both short and longform edits
- Experience with CapCut and Canva (Descript is a bonus)
- Strong storytelling, clip selection, and pacing instincts
- Full-time availability from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Philippine time
- No other jobs or side gigs — we must be your only focus
- Good English (you’ll take a Duolingo English test during onboarding)

WHAT WE OFFER:
- Salary: PHP 30,000–60,000/month (based on experience)
