Join a high-performance marketing agency working exclusively with builders & remodelers across the US, AU, and NZ. We’re seeking a full-time Automation Engineer & API Developer to help us streamline our systems and deliver powerful, scalable solutions across marketing, CRM, and operations.

? What You’ll Be Doing

Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ---------- , and Zapier

Integrate systems like GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Airtable, Supabase, and Slack

Use APIs and webhooks to push and pull data between tools, ensuring accuracy and speed

Develop and manage Node.js functions for custom logic in our internal AI assistant platform

Collaborate with our Content, Ads, SEO, and Ops teams to automate weekly reports and task creation

Help us implement semi-automated workflows using TypingMind API, OpenAI, and custom logic

Maintain Airtable and Supabase records synced from Google Meet and Zoom transcripts

Build reusable modules and create documentation for each integration

Strong experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier

Comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks

Familiar with GoHighLevel, CRM workflows, pipelines, and triggers

Confident using Node.js / JavaScript (basic scripting, API handlers)

Can write clear logic flows, modular functions, and error handling

Understands marketing automation and real business workflows

Detail-oriented, fast, proactive, and communicative

Bonus: Familiar with OpenAI or AI agents for automation
