Hello!
I’m looking to hire a full-time Virtual Assistant to join my growing Amazon resale business. This is a long-term role for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, coachable, and excited to learn how to find profitable products for resale on Amazon.
This position is 40 hours per week and will be divided into:
30 hours per week: Product sourcing
10 hours per week: Admin work, spreadsheet updates, and tracking
The starting salary is $550–$625 USD per month, depending on experience, skill level, and fit for the role. Payment will be made through Wise. There will also be opportunities for performance-based bonuses, paid vacation time, and wage increases as your skills and results improve.
Your main responsibility will be helping identify profitable products to purchase and resell on Amazon. My business sources products from online marketplaces and retail websites across categories such as DVDs, CDs, toys, board games, office supplies, electronics, household items, and other approved product categories.
Product sourcing tasks may include:
Searching online marketplaces such as eBay and other approved websites
Reviewing Amazon listings for profitability and sales potential
Using tools like Keepa and SellerAmp to analyze product history, pricing, competition, and estimated profit
Identifying products that meet our buying standards
Recording leads clearly and accurately in Google Sheets
Learning which products to avoid based on risk, restrictions, poor sales history, or low profitability
Admin tasks may include:
Updating Google Sheets
Tracking purchases, order status, and product details
Helping maintain sourcing and inventory records
Checking product information for accuracy
Supporting other spreadsheet-based tasks as needed
Tools you may use include:
Keepa
SellerAmp
ReplenCatcher
Google Sheets
eBay
Amazon
Prior Amazon FBA or FBM experience is helpful, but it is not required. What matters most is that you are detail-oriented, honest, consistent, willing to learn, and able to follow a sourcing process carefully.
All training materials, feedback, coaching, and day-to-day communication will be provided in English, so you should be comfortable reading, writing, and asking questions in English.
You may work during your local daytime hours in the Philippines, as long as the work is completed consistently and communication is reliable.
