Full-Time AI Image Ad Creative Designer (Ecommerce - Facebook Ads)

We are looking for a full-time AI-driven Creative Designer to join our team.

Experience with high-converting and engaging Facebook image ads is a MUST.
Experience using AI tools to create and optimize ad creatives is also REQUIRED.
Please do not apply if you do not have proven experience creating performance-driven ad creatives.

You will be responsible for continuously producing high-converting image ads for multiple products. We are scaling fast, so we need someone who can work in a structured and organized way.

Responsibilities:

Create high-converting Facebook image ads (static creatives)
Design engaging visuals optimized for performance
Continuously generate new ad variations for testing
Use AI tools to create, enhance, and scale ad creatives
Work with structured creative frameworks and maintain brand consistency

Requirements:

Strong, proven experience with Facebook image ads (required)
Experience using AI tools for design and ideation (required)
Experience in ecommerce/DTC marketing
Strong understanding of what makes ads convert (angles, hooks, messaging)
Detail-oriented and structured way of working
Full-time availability
Good communication skills in English
