Full Stack Web Developer needed (with agency experience)

Summary
We are a UK-based company building websites and managing marketing for fitness influencers, and we’re looking for a talented Website Developer to join our team. This is a full-time role (40 hrs/week) where you’ll be working on exciting projects, taking ownership from start to finish, and directly interfacing with clients.

What You’ll Do
-- Develop and maintain websites with WordPress and Go High Level
--Handle projects end-to-end. From initial concept to final delivery
--Apply your strong design eye to create visually stunning, user-friendly sites
--Implement SEO best practices to ensure top search visibility
--Work across the stack (front-end + back-end) to deliver seamless functionality
--Manage tasks efficiently, staying on top of deadlines and client expectations
--Communicate directly with clients, you'll be keeping them informed and supported
--Take initiative, suggest improvements, and be proactive in problem-solving
-- You won't be building new websites a lot, you'll mostly just manage and do tweaking to the websites we currently have.

What We’re Looking For
-- Someone with agency experience.
-- With managerial or department experience a huge plus!
--Proven experience with WordPress and Go High Level
--Strong full-stack development skills (front-end + back-end)
--A keen eye for design and user experience
--Solid knowledge of SEO implementation
--Ability to manage projects independently and efficiently
--Excellent communication skills, comfortable being client-facing
--Proactive, self-starter attitude, who has great ownership over their tasks & responsibilities. Someone who can take the reins and run with projects.

Role Details
Hours: 40 hours/week
Location: Remote (must be comfortable working UK business hours overlap)
Compensation: $8-$15 USD/hour (negotiable based on experience)
