Full-Stack Web Developer (WordPress Specialist)

We’re an established web design and marketing company specializing in clean, modern websites with advanced functionality and quick turnaround. We serve local businesses that need a professional upgrade or are launching their first website.

Job / Role:
Full Time Full-Stack Web Developer (WordPress Specialist)

Qualifications:
- Fast worker and reliable
- Easy to work with
- Communicates clearly in English
- Has a great eye for clean, aesthetic designs
- Ability to work within deadlines and prioritize multiple projects

Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1-2 high quality websites per day, consistently
- Expert in Divi WordPress theme
- Can develop Divi theme websites without using a bunch of plugins
- Can create and edit WordPress plugins
- Can debug PHP code
- Expert in PHP, MySQL, CSS, and JavaScript
- Format your code (PHP, CSS, and JavaScript) to our formatting/coding style
- Record all work in our CRM (clock time for each project, and mark off steps completed)
- Full time availability (Monday - Friday)
- Only work for our company (don’t work for any other company)
- Design clean modern sites with Divi theme
- Good eye for clean modern “award-winning” design
- Design clean, modern web pages from scratch — using a provided homepage theme as the base for the rest design
- Code PSD, Figma, and Canva designs into Divi theme
- Convert existing websites (WordPress and non-WordPress) into Divi theme
- Expert with WooCommerce
- Can build a website start to finish on your own
- Can edit photos and images as needed for websites
- Responsive design expertise
- WPForms experience (we only use WPForms for forms on WordPress sites)
- Cross-browser testing (sites expected to look the same cross browser)
- Basic SEO understanding (you will not be doing full SEO optimization, but some basic understanding is needed)
- Comfortable with staging/live deployments, web hosting, and basic DNS/SSL management
- Experience at working with APIs and PHP (mostly CURL)
- Attend weekly company meetings (Zoom calls)
- Actively check our CRM throughout the day for assigned tasks and projects

No Client Communication Required:
- You’ll never need to deal with clients. We handle all communication with the client and give you instructions on what to do.
