Full Stack Web Developer - Remote, Full Time, AU Timezone, Fluent English

We are a rapidly growing international tech company seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our remote team. You’ll play a vital role in building, expanding, and improving a next-generation, large-scale web platform (already in production). This is a long-term, full-time role - not a freelance gig.

What You'll Do:

- Design, build, and deploy new features and modules (not just maintain existing code)
- Turn business requirements and specs into robust, scalable web applications
- Write clean, well-documented code across frontend and backend
- Solve bugs, optimise performance, and implement new integrations
- Collaborate daily with international tea ---------- mbers in Australia
- Build with modern web stacks (React, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL/MySQL, AWS, RESTful APIs)
- Participate in agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and give input on best practices

What We're Looking For:

- Fluent English (written and spoken) - required, will be assessed
- 3+ years of full stack web development (production-level)
- Strong experience with React (or Vue/Angular), Node.js/Express, SQL databases, and cloud deployment
- Able to work full time, Monday–Friday, with at least 5 hours daily overlap with Australian business hours
- Able to read, comprehend, and build full-scope modules from specs, not just maintain or bug-fix
- Proactive communicator who asks questions, solves problems, and suggests improvements
- Excellent teamwork skills, comfortable with async and real-time collaboration

Bonus Points:

- Experience with SaaS, real estate, auction platforms, or payment systems
- Familiarity with DevOps, Docker, or serverless architecture
- Prior work with Australian/international clients
- Strong portfolio with live product links or open-source contributions
- UI/UX experience
