Full-Stack Web Developer (Part-time, Startup MVP)

We are building a new concept, an early-stage startup focused on creating modern, city-based digital experiences for hotel guests.

This role is part-time and focused on building the first MVP of a web-based platform. The product is mobile-first and accessed via QR codes — no native app, no heavy enterprise systems.

The MVP will consist of multiple user-facing platforms, all within one system:
- An admin dashboard (platform management)
- Hotel dashboards (for different hotel partners)
- An end-user flow for hotel guests, from QR code scan to experience completion

You will work directly with the founder and help design and build these platforms in a clean, scalable way.


Responsibilities
- Build a mobile-first web application (MVP)
- Develop multiple interfaces:
- Admin dashboard
- Hotel partner dashboard
- End-user guest experience (QR scan ? flow ? completion)
- Implement clean UI and clear user flows
- Build basic backend logic and APIs
- Work with routes/maps and simple data structures
- Integrate audio playback for guided experiences
- Collaborate closely on feature design and prioritization
- Communicate progress clearly and consistently

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with React or Next.js
- Basic backend experience (Node.js, Express, or similar)
- Experience working with APIs
- Comfortable building mobile-first web apps
- Clear English communication skills

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with Firebase or Supabase
Experience with Google Maps API or Mapbox
Experience building Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
Startup or MVP experience
Experience with role-based dashboards
