Full-Stack Web Developer / Designer

We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a unique blend of a creative designer and a technical problem solver. You will be responsible for designing and developing beautiful, high-performing websites from scratch (front-end and back-end), as well as migrating existing sites from alternative platforms into WordPress.

Beyond core development, you should comfortable with the "marketing tech" side of websites—specifically setting up tracking codes, pixels, and analytics tags to support our growth and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Web Development: Handle both front-end (UI/UX layout, responsiveness) and back-end (database, hosting, performance) development.

CMS Management: Build, customize, and maintain websites across multiple platforms, with a heavy emphasis on WordPress, Wix, and Carrd.

Platform Migrations: Safely and efficiently transfer existing websites from other platforms (like Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify) into fully functional WordPress sites without losing data or SEO value.

Marketing & Analytics Integration: Implement tracking pixels and snippets seamlessly. You will be responsible for setting up and testing codes from Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Maintenance & Optimization: Ensure websites are secure, fast, mobile-responsive, and optimized for SEO best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1 to 2+ years of professional web design and development experience.

Core Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP (for WordPress customization).

Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (including page builders like Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg), Wix, and Carrd.

Design Eye: Ability to create clean, modern, and user-friendly web layouts (experience with Figma or Adobe XD is a plus).

Tracking & Data: Proven experience installing and configuring tracking scripts via Google Tag Manager and direct code injection.

Problem Solver: Strong debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot plugin conflicts or layout issues independently.
