JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Stack Web Developer (Design First) — Landing Pages, Quizzes & Funnels

Company Overview:
Join a dynamic and growing telemedicine company specializing in innovative healthcare solutions. The company is dedicated to providing accessible and affordable healthcare to patients through a seamless online experience.

We're hiring a design-first full-stack web designer to build high-converting landing pages, quiz flows, and funnel pages — using modern AI tools to ship faster without sacrificing design quality.

This is part-time or project-based (paid per project or hourly). It may also become full-time. If it's a great fit, there's ongoing work.

What you'll do

- Design + build landing pages (conversion-focused, modern, fast)
- Design + build quiz pages and multi-step funnel flows (UI/UX, logic-friendly layouts)
- Create reusable sections/components so we can iterate quickly
- Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Higgsfield, etc.) to accelerate design and dev cycles
- Ensure pages are responsive, pixel-clean, and performance-optimized
- Collaborate with us on iterations based on feedback and data

What we care about (read this)

Design quality is the #1 priority. We're not looking for "acceptable" or "pretty good." We want someone who consistently produces excellent design and can execute it in code.

If your work looks like templates, generic themes, or "close enough," this won't be a fit.

We also want someone who treats AI tools as a leverage multiplier, not a crutch. The goal is shipping better work faster — not shipping generic AI-looking output.

Requirements

- Strong portfolio showing landing pages / funnels / marketing pages you designed
- Ability to turn design into a real, working page (not just Figma)
- Great eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, layout, and components
- Solid front-end implementation skills (responsive, accessibility basics, clean CSS)
- Familiar with modern web stacks (any of these is fine):
- Webflow / Framer (if you can build fast and clean)
- React / Next.js
- HTML/CSS/JS + a modern component system
- Hands-on with AI-assisted development workflows — you actively use tools like:
- Cursor or Claude Code for building and editing code
- v0, Lovable, or Bolt for rapid UI scaffolding
- Claude / ChatGPT for copy, structure, and ideation
- Higgsfield, Midjourney, Sora, or Runway for visuals, hero media, and motion
- Can work quickly without sacrificing polish

Nice to have

- CRO experience (you've designed for conversion, not just aesthetics)
- Quiz / form flow experience (Typeform-style UX, multi-step funnels)
- Motion / micro-interactions (subtle, tasteful) — bonus if you generate or prototype them with AI
- Copy sense (you can improve layout + clarity, suggest better structure)
- A point of view on which AI tools work best for which parts of the design-to-ship pipeline

How to apply (required)

Send:

- Portfolio link (must include landing pages you designed)
- 2–3 examples you're most proud of + what you did (design, build, both)
- Your AI stack: which tools you use day-to-day and how they fit into your workflow (1–2 sentences is fine — we want to see how you think, not a list)
