Full Stack Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced full stack developer to help build and scale a modern remote hiring platform.
The platform connects businesses with remote workers across industries such as content creation, design, virtual assistance, social media management and admin support.

You will be working closely with the founder to build the first version of the platform and improve features over time.

Main responsibilities include:
Building employer and worker dashboards
Creating job posting and application systems
Building profile and account systems
Implementing messaging functionality
Integrating subscriptions and payments
Building admin management tools
Improving platform speed, UI and user experience

Preferred technologies:
Next.js
React
Supabase or Firebase
Tailwind CSS
Stripe

Requirements:
Strong experience in full stack web development
Experience building SaaS platforms, marketplaces or web apps
Good understanding of databases and authentication systems
Ability to create clean, responsive and modern interfaces
Good communication and problem solving skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to have:
Startup experience
Experience with scalable systems
UI/UX understanding
Experience with marketplace platforms
