Full-Stack TypeScript / React Developer (Next.js) – Build a Business Portal

About the Project

We are building the Summit OS Portal — a structured business operating system used by leadership teams.

This is not a vague R&D project. You will be building specific screens based on clear sketches and instructions.

The portal includes:
- A dashboard-style home screen
- A left-side navigation layout
- Multiple tool dashboards
- Strategy & planning screens
- Structured meeting agenda pages

You will be working directly with the founder in a simple, fast, “vibe coding” workflow:

You are shown the screen ? you build it ? we review ? we iterate.

What You Will Do
- Build UI screens using React + Next.js + TypeScript
- Implement layouts with Tailwind CSS
- Create reusable components
- Wire up basic backend logic (CRUD, API routes)
- Follow clear instructions and visual references
- Improve screens based on feedback

This role is about execution, not guessing.

Required Skills
- Strong TypeScript
- React and Next.js
- Tailwind CSS
- Basic backend experience (Node / API routes)
- Comfortable turning sketches into working screens
- Good English communication
- Reliable and detail-oriented

Nice to have (not required):
- Prisma + PostgreSQL
- shadcn/ui or similar component libraries
- Experience building dashboards or admin portals

- interested in a long-term working relationship

If you need very detailed step-by-step instructions for every task, this role is not a good fit.

Pay & Growth
- Starting rate: $12–$14/hour
