We build modern web apps, custom WordPress sites & plugins, and R&D projects that lean heavily on AI.

### What You’ll Be Doing

* Build and maintain React / Next.js applications—from proof-of-concept to production.
* Craft custom WordPress themes and plugins that don’t fall apart after the first update.
* Spin up back-end services in **Supabase** (and integrate with our MCP layer).
* Prototype UI/UX flows in Figma (or whatever tool you love) and translate them into pixel-perfect components.
* Leverage AI copilots to accelerate delivery—yes, we expect you to talk to the machines daily.
* Ship. Iterate. Repeat. (We keep meetings to an absolute minimum.)

### Must-Haves

* 3+ years building React or Next.js apps in production.
* Solid PHP & WordPress plugin/theme development chops.
* Comfortable with SQL/Postgres and Supabase edge functions.
* Daily driver experience with **AI coding companions** (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.).
* Can work 100 % independently: task ? solution ? PR ? deploy.
* Clear, concise English communication—spoken & written.

### Nice-to-Haves

* A designer’s eye: you can tweak spacing, hierarchy, and micro-interactions without being asked.
* Familiarity with MCP (Microservices Control Plane) or similar orchestration layers.
* Prior start-up or agency background where you wore multiple hats.
* Interest in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or generative UI.
