Help build the all-in-one operating system trash & recycling fleets have been waiting for.


About the product

We’re replacing paper, spreadsheets, and cobbled-together apps with one platform that captures jobs, optimizes routes (API first, custom solver next), dispatches drivers, texts customers, and settles payments—all in real time.


What you’ll do
• Own features end-to-end: schema ? API (NestJS) ? UI (Next.js).
• Stand up and maintain infra on DigitalOcean (Apps, Managed Postgres, Spaces, Docker).
• Ship fast, write clean code, post a crisp daily update in Slack—no hand-holding.
• Coordinate async with a part-time optimization specialist once our in-house solver comes online.

Must-haves
• 3 + yrs building production React + Node/Nest apps.
• Solid SQL design skills.
• History of shipping v1 products quickly, largely solo.
• Clear written English; ? 4 h overlap with US-Eastern time.

Bonus points
• Stripe, WebSockets, OR-Tools, React Native, or dispatch/logistics domain experience.


Contract & pay
• Rate: USD $2k – $3k / month (40 h / wk) — paid on time.
• Start: next week; you push code Day 1.
• Term: 3-month contract ? renew / if velocity is right.
• Upside: early-equity pool reserved for foundational hires.
