Full-Stack Developer/Tech Lead (Remote - US)

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
- Possess 8+ years of senior-level full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on React.js, Node.js, and Typescript
- Proficient in working with relational databases, particularly Postgres or similar, ensuring optimal data management and retrieval.
- Expertise in Oauth 2 and API integration development, facilitating seamless interactions between different systems.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure the highest quality of code standards and best practices within the development team.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to effective project planning.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks effectively, ensuring the smooth functioning of applications.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Typescript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Extensive experience with relational databases, particularly Postgres.
- Expertise in Oauth 2 and API integration development.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a development team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
