We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build an automation tool that can:
Scrape job postings from StepStone, Indeed, and LinkedIn based on custom search queries.
Identify relevant contact persons for each scraped job posting (e.g., HR managers, team leads, directors).
Automate
Integrate the system with our RecruitCRM platform to sync contacts, job postings, and outreach activity.
Requirements:
Strong experience in web scraping (especially high-security platforms).
Experience with
API integration experience (RecruitCRM knowledge is a plus).
Ability to build a stable, user-friendly frontend for internal use.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Project goal:
Rebuild and improve a tool we are already using, ensuring reliability, scalability, and clean UI/UX.
