Full Stack Developer - React Native/Supabase - IMMEDIATE START

Hi there! We're building an AI-powered networking and matchmaking platform for communities. Think LinkedIn, rebuilt for real connections. As our second full stack developer, you'll work directly alongside our Lead Developer to ship features from architecture to deployment with full ownership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Architect & Build: Design features end-to-end using React Native + Expo for mobile and Node.js + Supabase for backend
- AI-First Development: Use Claude, Cursor, and AI tools as your primary engine — plan in markdown, generate with AI, review and refine. This is how we work, not optional
- Collaborate: Work daily with our lead developer to divide and deliver features, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
- Ship: Handle TestFlight builds (iOS) and internal testing for Android
- Grow: Start as a contributor, rise to an equal development partner — we want someone who can challenge ideas, not just follow orders

We are building carefully, not recklessly. Quality and long-term thinking matter here.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Experienced: 3+ years full stack development with React Native or React (production apps or projects you can show)
- AI-Native: You already use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) daily. If you're hearing about these for the first time, this isn't the right fit
- Technical: Strong fundamentals in mobile architecture, backend design, and software engineering principles
- Mindset: Coachable, adaptable, self-directed. You take a feature brief and figure out how to deliver it
- Reliable: You show up when you say you will and communicate proactively
- Must own a Mac and iPhone (required for iOS development and TestFlight)
- Familiarity with Supabase, Railway, Expo is a plus
- Must have a stable internet connection
