Location: Remote (PH preferred — and outside Metro Manila even better)
Timezone: Must overlap with AEST (Brisbane, UTC+10)

Project: A fun multi-tenant SaaS platform almost in production

Working style

You’ll collaborate with a hands-on founder and AI pair-programming (Claude Code / ChatGPT).
Please be comfortable working with vibe coders — exploratory and iterative builders — while maintaining proper engineering discipline (tests, RLS checks, targeted diffs, and idempotent SQL).

We work in small, safe PRs, favouring clarity, maintainability, and a real sense of progress.
This is a long-term, stable full-time role with weekly payments.

Tech you’ll touch

Web: Next.js 15 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind 4

Mobile: React Native + Expo, TypeScript

Backend/Data: Supabase (Postgres, RLS, Realtime, Edge Functions)

Schema examples: cleaning tasks, reservations, properties, task activity log, task types, user roles, materialised views

Ops: GitHub, CSV exports; future integrations (Xero, WebSockets, storage uploads)

Your first months

Stabilise and extend the Next.js + Supabase coordinator app

Polish the Expo + React Native cleaners app (camera, checklist, GPS, offline queue)

Strengthen RLS policies, clean SQL migrations, and improve performance/pagination

Ship planned PRs with clear acceptance criteria, testing, and rollback notes

Must-haves

Strong TypeScript and production experience with Next.js or React Native

Solid knowledge of Supabase/Postgres (RLS, policies, migrations, RPC)

Habit of slicing work into small, reviewable PRs

Proactive communication and autonomy

Nice-to-haves

Expo camera/image workflows, retry queues, offline sync

iCal parsing, real-time channels, S3 uploads with GPS metadata

Xero API, Playwright tests, Sentry
