Full Stack Developer (Founding Engineer)

About the Role:

We’re building a web-based platform that blends real-money transactions, game mechanics, and physical collectibles. This is not a typical CRUD app.

We’re looking for a founding-level Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of the platform end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.

You’ll be responsible for designing and building a secure, scalable system that includes wallets, randomized outcomes, inventory management, and real-world item fulfillment.

This role is ideal for someone who has built transaction-heavy systems before and understands the risks and responsibilities of handling money, balances, and state.

What You’ll Be Building:

- A full web platform (desktop-first, mobile responsive)
- User authentication and account systems
- Internal wallet system (deposits, transfers, cashouts)
- Randomized case-opening mechanics with auditable fairness
- Inventory system for real, physical graded collectibles
- Upgrade and battle-style game mechanics
- Admin dashboard for inventory, users, and fulfillment
- Secure APIs and backend services
- Clean, intuitive frontend experience

What We’re Looking For:

- Someone who can own the technical vision, not just follow tickets

Strong experience with:

-Backend development (Node.js / TypeScript, Python, or Go)
- Frontend frameworks (React / Next.js)
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL strongly preferred)

Experience with:

- Payments (Stripe or similar)
- Wallets, balances, and transaction safety
- Race conditions, locking, and concurrency
- Designing systems where mistakes cost real money

You should be comfortable:

- Thinking about scalability, security, and auditability from day one

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience in gaming, gambling-adjacent platforms, or marketplaces
- WebSockets or real-time systems
- Admin dashboards and internal tooling
- Previous startup or founding engineer experience

What This Is Not:

- Not a WordPress site
- Not a basic SaaS dashboard
- Not a short-term freelance gig

This is a long-term build with real ownership and responsibility.
