Full Stack Developer – Creative Tools

Role Overview
As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll lead the development of new tools and improve existing ones. You’ll work closely with me to conceptualize features, design a seamless user experience, and ensure reliable performance. This is a creative role with room for innovation, experimentation, and significant input on product direction.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, Develop, and Launch Creative Tools: Build web-based applications
• Implement Advanced Features: Integrate AI-powered suggestions, dynamic filtering options, and customizable interfaces for tailored user experiences.
• Database Management: Create and maintain robust databases to store prompt data, user preferences, and other relevant information.
• Optimize for Performance: Ensure all tools are responsive, optimized for mobile, and provide a smooth, fast experience for users.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our product and design teams to deliver visually engaging and functional interfaces.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, and enhance user experience based on feedback.
• Regular Updates and Improvements: Continuously improve tools based on analytics and user feedback, adding new features and refining performance as needed.
Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a portfolio of interactive projects or applications.
• Technical Skills:
? Front-End: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework like React, Vue.js, or Svelte.
? Back-End: Experience with Node.js, Django, or similar frameworks, along with API development and integration.
? Database: Proficient in SQL or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) for managing prompt data, user data, and other interactive elements.
? AI & Machine Learning (optional but a plus): Familiarity with GPT-based models or other NLP tools for generating text-based prompts.
? UX/UI Principles: Knowledge of user-centric design, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Project Management: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively with tea ---------- mbers.
• Creativity: A genuine interest in the art and creative industries, with a knack for developing tools that artists and creators will love.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with AI Integration: Familiarity with OpenAI API or other AI tools to enhance prompt customization.
• Interest in Art or Creativity: Passion for the arts and an understanding of the challenges artists face.
• Knowledge of SEO and Marketing: Awareness of SEO best practices to help us optimize user reach and engagement.
