Full Stack Developer – Automation & Platform Engineering

One Energy Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled and driven Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and improving internal systems that power our sales, operations, and payroll workflows. From automating commission calculations to configuring and optimizing our Airtable-based platform, you'll work closely with leadership to streamline our business through smart, scalable technology.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain internal tools to automate sales tracking, payroll, and reporting

Build integrations between Airtable, Google Workspace, and other APIs (e.g., Stripe, QuickBooks, CRMs)

Design and optimize user interfaces using Airtable Interfaces or similar platforms

Assist with backend scripting for commission calculation logic and real-time dashboards

Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into effective digital workflows

Ensure data accuracy, process reliability, and system scalability

Qualifications:
Proven experience with full stack development (JavaScript, Python, or similar languages)

Experience with low-code/no-code tools like Airtable, Zapier, Make (Integromat), etc.

Familiarity with REST APIs, webhook integrations, and data workflows

Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities
