Full-Stack Developer & Automation Engineer

The role

Our entire tech stack - the client/staff/investor portals, Supabase backend, Netlify functions, Slack bots, and automations - currently runs on the founder plus AI tooling. We need someone to own it: keep it running, keep it secure, and build the new tools and features the founder wants. You'll work hands-on with modern AI dev tooling (Claude Code) to ship fast.

What you'll do

- Own the full stack: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Netlify (hosting, serverless functions), and the client/staff/investor portals
- Build new features and internal tools on request - portals, dashboards, automations, apps
- Own the automation layer: Slack bots, cron jobs, webhooks, and AI-driven workflows
- Use Claude Code and AI dev tooling as your core workflow to ship quickly, and own that process
- Own security: access control, Supabase RLS, secrets management, auth, data protection, and regular audits
- Keep everything reliable - monitoring, backups, uptime, and fast bug fixes
- Integrate third-party tools (Aimfox, Smartlead, Gmail, Calendar, Slack, e-sign, payments)
- Document the stack so it's no longer a black box
- Turn the founder's "I want X built" into shipped, secure, working features

What we're looking for

- Strong full-stack engineer: JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, serverless functions, SQL/Postgres
- Hands-on with Supabase or similar (auth, RLS, storage, PostgREST)
- Experience building and securing web apps, internal tools, or portals
- A genuine security-first mindset (auth, access control, secrets, data protection)
- Fluent with AI dev tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, LLM APIs) and comfortable shipping fast
- Can independently own an entire stack
- Good judgment on build vs buy

Nice to have: Next.js, Slack app development, automation/integration tooling, handling regulated/financial data, light DevOps.
