JOB OVERVIEW

Full Stack Developer for an AI Platform (Agent Orchestration + AI-Powered App Builder)
Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term

We're a media-tech company based in Sweden and Switzerland. We're building an AI-powered platform that lets non-technical operators in the iGaming space (online casino operators) to generate, iterate, and deploy branded web experiences through conversational AI. Think Lovable meets multi-agent orchestration, built for a specific vertical.

This isn't a website builder. It's an intelligent system where specialized AI agents collaborate to produce production-ready output, from brand identity to deployed pages, orchestrated through natural language.

We have the architecture designed, the core infrastructure partially built, and a clear technical vision. What we need is a developer who can take ownership of the build alongside our technical leadership and drive it forward daily.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE BUILDING
The platform runs on a multi-agent system where each agent has a specialized role (brand analysis, page generation, compliance scoring, deployment). Your work will span:
- Agent infrastructure: prompt assembly, tool-based mutation systems, streaming responses (SSE), and structured output parsing
- A React + Tailwind component system where AI agents compose pages from a typed component library, not freeform HTML
- Real-time preview pipeline: TSX compilation, iframe sandboxing, PostMessage bridges
- Deployment automation: compiling React output to static assets and pushing to hosting (Vercel)
- API layer: RESTful routes handling agent orchestration, page versioning, brand management, and multi-tenant org logic
- Database architecture: Supabase (Postgres), row-level security, immutable version history, encrypted storage

THE RIGHT PERSON: ONE LINE
You're not waiting for tickets, you're identifying what needs to happen, proposing how, and building it.

THE STACK
- Frontend: React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4
- Backend: Next.js API routes, Supabase (Postgres + Auth + RLS), Server-Sent Events
- AI: Anthropic Claude API (prompt engineering, streaming, tool use / function calling)
- Build pipeline: Sucrase/esbuild for TSX compilation, iFrame sandboxing
- Deployment: Vercel SDK for programmatic deployments
- Testing: Vitest (unit), Playwright (E2E)
- AI orchestration tools: Paperclip Ing, Inngest

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must have:
- Strong TypeScript and React: you think in components, hooks, and typed interfaces
- Full-stack capability: you're equally comfortable writing API routes, database queries, and frontend UI
- Experience working with LLM APIs: you've built something that calls OpenAI, Claude, or similar (not just used ChatGPT)
- Systems thinking: when given a problem, you think about data flow, state management, and edge cases before writing code
- Self-direction: you can take a high-level objective ("build the page versioning system") and break it into tasks yourself

Strong advantage:
- Experience with AI agent systems, orchestration patterns, or multi-step AI workflows (Paperclip Ing, OpenClaw, etc)
- Familiarity with SSE/streaming, real-time UI updates
- Experience with Supabase or Postgres with row-level security
- Familiarity with Vercel deployment APIs
- Experience with component library design or design systems
- Startup mindset: you've shipped products, not just features

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY
- If you need detailed step-by-step instructions for every task, this isn't the role
- If you've only worked with AI by using ChatGPT in a browser, this requires deeper technical integration
- If you can't work independently for extended stretches and proactively communicate blockers, this won't work
- If you only want to work on frontend OR backend but not both, we need full-stack ownership

HOW WE WORK
You'll work directly with the founder (product + AI architecture vision) and our lead developer (technical implementation + infrastructure). Communication is async-first with regular syncs. We move fast, we think deeply about architecture before building, and we expect you to challenge our thinking when you see a better path.

This is a long-term position. We're building something ambitious and need someone who wants to grow with it, not a freelancer looking for a 3-month gig. For the right person, we are offering stock options in the company and products we're building. We see you as the team player building together with us. Not just for us. If the contract is extended and we continue our partnership, you'll be receiving all the company benefits (devices, travel to Europe for meetings/conferences, etc).

TO APPLY
Send the following:
1. Your GitHub profile or portfolio: we want to see code you've written, not just a CV
2. One or two projects you're most proud of: tell us what you built, what was hard about it, and what you'd do differently now
3. A short note (3-5 sentences) on: What interests you about working on an AI platform? What's the most complex system you've built or contributed to?
4. Tell us about a skill (something personal, not work-related) that you have been working on and how it changed you. We're looking for great people to work with. Your personal journey is equally as important as your professional skills.

Skip the generic cover letter. We'd rather see how you think.
