Full Stack Developer (Angular / AWS) — Remote, Full-Time
THE ROLE
We need a developer who owns things. Not "I did my ticket" — we mean taking a feature from a rough idea or a Figma file all the way to production: building the UI, wiring the backend, deploying the infrastructure, and standing behind the result.
You'll be joining a small remote team where your work ships fast and actually matters. If you sweat the details — spacing, performance, edge cases, the stuff that makes software feel solid — you'll fit right in.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain responsive web apps in Angular + TypeScript
- Turn designs into pixel-clean, accessible UI with strong layout, typography, and motion
- Write backend logic on AWS Lambda (Python and/or Node.js)
- Define and deploy infrastructure with AWS SAM
- Configure CloudFront for fast, secure delivery of assets and APIs
- Work directly with product and design to shape the UX
- Write and maintain tests on both ends of the stack
- Review code honestly and keep the bar high
- Debug real production issues — performance, reliability, usability
- Help us improve architecture and tooling as we grow
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 5+ years of professional web application development
- Strong Angular (v10+) with TypeScript/JavaScript
- Hands-on serverless experience with AWS Lambda
- Python on the backend
- AWS SAM for infrastructure and deployments
- CloudFront experience (CDN, caching, secure delivery)
- Serious UI skills: advanced CSS (Flexbox, Grid, animations, responsive layouts), solid UI/UX fundamentals, a real eye for layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Strong web fundamentals: HTML5, REST APIs, HTTP, browser behavior, performance
- Unit/component testing (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, or similar)
- Comfortable with Git and standard branching workflows
- Able to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate without hand-holding
BONUS POINTS (NOT REQUIRED)
- Other AWS services: API Gateway, S3, Cognito, DynamoDB, CloudWatch
- Angular component libraries or design systems (Material, PrimeNG, custom)
- CI/CD pipelines (automated testing and deployment)
- Performance profiling and optimization, frontend or backend
HOW WE WORK
Remote and async-friendly. Small team, real ownership, no micromanagement — but high standards. You'll have a genuine say in how things get built.
One ask: if you apply, be ready to actually talk. We move quickly and we value clear, direct communication. Tell us specifically about your Angular and AWS work — generic applications get noticed for the wrong reasons.
