At Festive Lighting Pros, we Illuminate Joy by transforming homes and businesses with stunning holiday and permanent lighting solutions. We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer from the Philippines to support and scale our digital platforms during peak and year-round operations.



What You’ll Do

Build & Maintain Applications:
Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications and internal tools that support our franchise and corporate operations.

Front-End Development:
Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).

Back-End Development:
Design and manage APIs, databases, and server-side logic using technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar.

System Integration:
Integrate third-party tools, CRMs, and internal systems to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Optimize & Debug:
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through regular testing, debugging, and optimization.

Collaborate & Document:
Work closely with operations, marketing, and leadership teams; document code and technical processes clearly.



Who You Are

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (portfolio or GitHub required).

Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, databases, and RESTful APIs.

Experience with cloud hosting, version control (Git), and deployment workflows.

Familiar with building scalable, secure applications for business use.

Fluent in English with strong communication skills for collaborating with a U.S.-based team.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working U.S. hours (e.g., 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PST).
