This is a part-time role, with the potential for full-time if the fit is right.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the product team to develop, refine, and optimize the new AI tool.
- Build scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions, particularly in AI and machine learning.
- Develop AI-driven tools to enhance content creation and content strategy for marketers and creators.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP), machine learning algorithms, and other AI capabilities.
- Ensure the platform’s codebase is maintainable and follows industry best practices.
- Optimize the platform for high performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
-Work in an agile environment, continuously iterating and improving the platform.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in software development with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
- Experience with NoCode & LowCode platforms such as n8n, Cursor etc.
- Experience with backend systems such as Supabase, Firebase, Salesforce etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.
- Integration from Figma into fully functional development
- Experience working with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and AI-powered chatbots.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, data storage solutions, and API development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development with an emphasis on AI.

Bonus: Experience in developing content-related AI platforms or tools.

Skills & Qualities:

- Advanced proficiency in AI and machine learning development.
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to break down complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating high-quality code.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
