Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer – Messaging, AI, and Real-Time Interfaces

We’re hiring a full stack engineer to help build and scale the core systems powering our messaging, AI, and media workflows. You’ll be responsible for both the user-facing interface and the backend infrastructure that supports real-time, AI-driven communication tools. The role includes ownership across APIs, databases, UI components, and deployment environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern front-end interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS
• Implement real-time UI components using WebSocket and event-driven patterns
• Design and maintain REST and WebSocket APIs using Node.js (Express) and Python
• Integrate AI tooling and media services using Python SDKs and client-side workflows
• Model and optimize Postgres schemas, including vector search extensions and secure migrations
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) policies with server-signed JWTs and multi-tenant scoping
• Deploy serverless functions or containerized microservices for messaging, webhook flows, and AI endpoints
• Operate and maintain self-hosted real-time media infrastructure (SIP/WebRTC) in cloud or on-prem
• Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting for both front-end and back-end systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full stack or back-end development
• Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Solid back-end experience using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python (FastAPI or Flask)
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, including JSONB, performance tuning, and vector search
• Familiarity with AI integration workflows, such as GPT APIs or RAG pipelines
• Experience building real-time features (WebSocket, live updates, stream handling)
• Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless deployment environments
• Strong testing practice with both unit (Vitest, Pytest) and integration tests
