Full-Stack Developer

We're seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our technical team and help scale our AI-powered software products. You'll work directly with our technical team to build production-ready applications. This is a high-impact role where you'll have significant ownership over technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain production-ready web apps using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
Develop robust backend systems and APIs to support our growing user base
Integrate with third-party APIs
Optimize performance and user experience across our portfolio
Manage data pipelines and real-time processing systems using Convex
Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments

Modern Development Tools

Convex - Real-time backend development experience preferred
Supabase - Database design, auth, and real-time subscriptions
Langfuse - LLM observability and debugging (or similar tools)
Cursor - AI-assisted development workflows

Preferred experience

AI/ML integrations and API consumption
Real-time data processing and WebSocket implementations
Third-party API integrations
Database design and query optimization
Git workflow and collaborative development practices
Testing frameworks and quality assurance practices
Background in sales tech, marketing automation, or business intelligence tools
Experience with startup environments and rapid product iteration
