Full-Stack Coder/Web Developer & All-Around Tech Specialist

Location: Remote

Schedule: Fixed hours, tracked via Hubstaff, aligned with Pacific Time (PST/PDT)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced, initiative-driven tech professional to join our team as a virtual assistant. This role focuses on coding, web development, and general technical tasks, with an emphasis on prospecting, database management, and website maintenance. The ideal candidate will incorporate AI into workflows to enhance efficiency and develop at least 30 automated workflows centered on data maintenance, management, prospecting, and related areas.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain code for prospecting tools, databases, and website features.
-Design and implement at least 30 automated workflows using AI integrations to streamline data handling, prospecting, and operational tasks.
-Manage databases, including data entry, cleaning, querying, and optimization.
-Handle website updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
-Incorporate AI tools and technologies into daily workflows to automate repetitive processes and improve productivity.
-Take initiative to identify and solve technical challenges proactively.
-Track and report hours accurately using Hubstaff.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a coder, web developer, or similar tech role (portfolio or references required).
-Strong skills in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) and web technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, frameworks like React or Django).
-Familiarity with AI tools and integrations (e.g., APIs for machine learning models, automation scripts).
-Ability to work independently with high initiative and problem-solving skills.
-Comfortable with fixed-hour tracking and Pacific Time zone alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry (e.g., property data management, CRM systems, prospecting for leads).
-Background in building automated workflows

Compensation & Benefits:
-We start on a project-based structure at $20/hour, so your pay will depend on how much time each project takes.
-We anticipate no less than 20 hours per week, providing consistent opportunities for ongoing work.
