JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

Lumix CRM is currently looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to help us build an AI-powered business operations and workflow platform.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building real systems, solving operational problems, and working on scalable frontend/backend applications with AI-assisted workflows and automations.

This role is ideal for developers who are comfortable working across the full stack and are interested in practical AI implementation within business systems.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain frontend and backend systems
Develop APIs and workflow automations
Implement AI-assisted features and integrations
Work on dashboards, CRM modules, and internal tools
Optimize performance and scalability
Collaborate closely with the development team

Preferred Skills:

React / Next.js
Node.js / Express
TypeScript / JavaScript
PostgreSQL / MySQL
Tailwind CSS
REST APIs
AI integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
Workflow automation systems
Deployment and cloud platforms

Experience building real-world systems

Work Setup:

• Initial on-site collaboration in our San Juan, Manila office until June 15 for onboarding, alignment, and active project coordination
• Transition to a remote work setup after June 15
• Freelance / project-based arrangement for the current active project
• Potential long-term or full-time opportunity after evaluation and project performance review
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-style environment with close collaboration during the initial development phase
