Full-Stack AI Automation Developer

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level AI Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered systems and automations that drive real business outcomes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who moves fast, takes ownership, and loves solving practical problems with AI.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and automation workflows
Integrate AI tools and APIs into existing business systems
Maintain and improve model performance over time
Collaborate with operations and leadership to identify automation opportunities
Document systems and processes clearly

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in AI/ML development
Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, HuggingFace, TensorFlow, or similar)
Experience with API integrations and workflow automation tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good English communication (written and verbal)

Nice to Have:

Experience with CRM or service business tools (e.g., Jobber, ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel)
Familiarity with n8n, Make, or Zapier
Background supporting US-based clients or companies
