Full-Stack AI App Developer for Mortgage AI Software MVPstom Software

We are building MOLOAI, an AI Loan Officer Assistant for mortgage professionals. This will be a web app that helps loan officers intake borrower information, upload mortgage documents, review files, and generate clean loan summaries.

This is an MVP build first, with the opportunity for long-term work if the first version is built well.

Main Responsibilities:

Build a secure web app using Next.js / React
Set up authentication and user login
Build borrower dashboard and file management system
Create secure document upload and storage
Connect OpenAI API for AI-powered document review
Add OCR/PDF parsing for paystubs, W2s, tax returns, bank statements, and credit reports
Generate structured loan summaries, missing document lists, income notes, credit red flags, and next steps
Connect backend/database using Supabase
Deploy and manage app on Vercel
Write clean, organized, scalable code

Required Skills:

This software will assist licensed mortgage professionals. It will not replace underwriting or make final loan approval decisions.

We will start with a paid test project or first milestone. If the work is strong, this can become a long-term role.
