Frontend Web Developer

Experience with Shopify and Wordpress is a great plus!
Collaborate with US designers and project managers to understand, lead and deliver project scope. Responsible for junior staff or team deadlines.
Manage your team or junior staff, supervise their output and instruct when needed. Provide guidelines, frameworks and other systems to ensure team quality and consistent execution.
Create wireframes, website and web application interaction design and/or visual designs for projects. Formulate and organize a consistent UI guideline for project design assets.
Work with internal teams to ensure quality design and error-free code carried through pre-launch as well as post-launch. Help develop company-wide systems to ensure higher quality.
Research and present your work or new ideas while being open to feedback and collaboration.
Research and introduce current methodologies and ideas leadership for web design and web applications.
Be a leader, example and inspire our team by teaching, introducing and helping fellow staff. Be able to teach junior staff how to problem solve, communicate better and improve their output.
Practice effective time management, coordinating your workload and deadlines. Work closely with project managers for resource allocation and ---------- sign and lead project timelines for junior staff.

Qualifications:
Strong to Excellent Designing and Coding skills. Work experience with many different types projects required.
Proficient and fast in making PSD ---------- cisive design work.
Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, UI Kit, and Laravel framework.
Expert in Laravel framework. Able to set and lead company standards for Laravel.
Knowledge of Web App / Cordova is a plus.
Experienced and expert in custom WordPress Development. (Drupal and/or Magento is a plus).
Experienced in multiple browser testing and debugging. Able to troubleshoot browser-based issues quickly and effectively.
Strong understanding, passion, and leadership for digital technologies.
Expertise in performance optimization using tools such as YSlow or PageSpeed.
Experience creating websites across industries for different business types, e-commerce, directory, blog, and instructional. Will not interview applicants with years of experience on only one or two ---------- fortable working with tight deadlines across multiple projects.
The ability to work well under pressure and keep excellent coding ---------- cation and Experience
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
