About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Developer to build and improve WTK's core enterprise dashboard product — used daily by hotel management teams to make real operational decisions.
This is NOT a marketing website or WordPress role.
This is a complex B2B SaaS dashboard involving:
Multi-hotel data architecture and role-based permissions
Large datasets with advanced filtering and sorting
AI-powered modules (AI Reply, sentiment analysis)
Reporting and competitor benchmarking dashboards
Data visualization with charts and tables
We value clean code, engineering quality, and long-term maintainability.
What You'll Do
Develop and continuously improve WTK's web frontend — Dashboard, Reports, AI Reply, Competitor Analysis modules
Translate Figma designs into production-ready enterprise interfaces with attention to information hierarchy, responsiveness, and consistency
Collaborate with backend, data, product, and design teams for API integration and complex state management
Build reusable components: component library, table/filtering systems, chart abstractions, theme system, i18n
Optimize rendering performance, first-load speed, and error monitoring
Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and documentation
Requirements (Must Have)
3+ years of frontend development experience
Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
Proficient in TypeScript
Solid experience with React (Vue is also acceptable)
Understanding of component architecture, hooks, state management, and performance optimization
Experience building data-heavy interfaces: complex tables, filtering, dashboards, or admin panels
Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows
Strong remote work habits: self-driven, communicates proactively, delivers on time
Nice to Have
Data visualization experience (ECharts, Recharts, D3)
Experience building or customizing a design system (e.g., Ant Design)
Next.js / SSR experience
i18n and multi-language layout handling
Testing tools (Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
Monitoring tools (Sentry) and analytics tracking
Vite / Webpack, ESLint / Prettier, CI/CD experience
B2B SaaS or hospitality/travel industry background
