Front End Engineer (AI First Product) (CS Graduate)

Flexible working hours - I'm a US based Product Design Engineer who has built an enterprise level, AI Native, HR Technology product. It's almost ready to launch and I'm looking for its first employee to do many things. I built the whole product using Claude Code. It's 260,000 lines of code with many integrations and APIs.

You will be someone, maybe even a fresh Computer Science grad with little experience, who is obsessed with AI and want's to get your hands dirty on a big project. There will be lots to do. In the beginning there will be a lot of testing of features - that's really a tester's job, but its one example of where one person can do many things. You'll be debugging big issues, innovating on new products, conducting market research. The aim is for you to become obsessed with the product and utilizing AI to become more efficient. I've been doing many things to date and some bug fixes just take a while and now we're moving to launch, I need to focus my efforts elsewhere.

I don't need someone who is a very technical engineer - you know too much - I need people who will rely on AI to help figure it out and do things much more quickly.

This will suit someone who is very proactive, very smart, and can deal with many moving parts at once. You will be given a lot of responsibility and there are a lot of things you can break, so you need to be hyper switched on love chaos and working hard. If that's not you, I totally get it.
