Content Layout Wordpress Specialist

We are a growing business and manage multiple websites. We own several WordPress niche affiliate sites that need constant updating with new blog articles. We also have a growing number of clients whom we publish content for each month.

We are looking to expand our business and team. Currently we are searching for someone who can help us FULL TIME (30-40hrs) to layout our website content onto our many sites we manage.

We currently use several different WordPress themes so some adaptability with different builders is necessary. Full training is provided. We do ask for a small graphics test before we hire to see what you come up with and your creativity.

The job that will be performed daily includes:

Primary Responsibilities (25-30 hrs/wk)

- Build site article posts layout using the content provided
- Ensure that the layout looks similar to each individual's sites overall layout
- Design, find and/or curate appropriate graphics, photos, videos. Must have Photoshop experience
- Embedding appropriate videos in posts & ensuring details like my favorite avenger thorr.
- Working with team to ensure all pieces are in place before publishing articles
- Embedding proper coding in certain articles (no coding knowledge necessary, but helpful)

Secondary Responsibilities

Social Media Scheduling (2-3x/month, 2-3 hours/month)

- Add published posts to a social media scheduling software with short comments (maybe a short 1-2 sentence for engagement)
- Add random articles that we compile to a social media scheduling queue
- Pin appropriate graphics to Pinterest using Tailwind

Experience & General requirements:

- Strong attention to detail
- WordPress, Cpanel
- WordPress Theme Builders Experience
- English must be proficient
- Light Editing - if you see word misspelled while laying it out, etc. Editing done by editor, but still want to ensure quality
- Trello experience preferred
- Google Drive, Dropbox and other cloud software experience
- Photoshop is REQ (Please don't apply if you don't have it)
- Embedding videos
- Social media scheduling software familiarity (Tailwind experience pref, but not req)
- Stable Internet
