Freelance Wordpress & HTML Experts

This is a new and ongoing project helping Local Businesses, to gain and improve their Online presence and thereby grow and prosper.

We are looking for reliable Freelance experts in both WORDPRESS & HTML RESPONSIVE websites, to help provide our client base with new, or updated, MOBILE RESPONSIVE sites.

You'll need to show examples of both WORDPRESS & HTML RESPONSIVE sites that you have built.
You will need to provide a speedy turnaround on our clients website build/conversions
You must speak good English with good communication skills.

Please provide answers to ALL the following Questions:

1 How would you update/convert an existing WORDRESS site to MOBILE RESPONSIVE?

2 Where is the VIEWPORT placed in an HTML site?

3 How recent did you work on building or converting WORDPRESS & HTML sites to Mobile Responsive ones?

4 Are you familiar with the Wordpress Plugin ELEMENTOR?

4a) If so, how long would it take you to transfer a client's content to a:

4b) WORDPRESS RESPONSIVE TEMPLATE, USING ELEMENTOR?

4c) HTML RESPONSIVE TEMPLATE?

5 Are you currently employed or Freelance?

We need to offer our clients a FIXED FEE (NOT HOURLY RATES)

6 Give your FIXED FEE in $US for each site? (Standard 5 page site)
Eg: Home - Product/Service - About Us - Privacy - Contact Us (5 pages)

7 What is your timezone and when are you typically online?

8 Where in the Phil are you located?

9 I know some people have ISP issues in the Phil

10 Is your Internet connection pretty reliable?

11 When was the last time you lost service?

12 Do you have a back-up ISP, like DSL & USB Stick?

13 What is your favourite COLOR?

14 NAME THE CATHOLIC CATHEDRAL IN CEBU CITY
