About Us

We are a boutique fitness studio based in London UK, with a strong focus on community, inclusivity, and long-term health. Our content is designed to show that exercise is accessible to everyone — not intimidating, not exclusive, and not performance-driven for the sake of it.

We work with a videographer to capture high-quality footage in-studio. From time to time, we require additional editing support when editing capacity is limited. This role exists to fill that gap as and when projects arise.

The Opportunity

We’re looking to build a small pool of trusted freelance video editors we can call on for project-based work. This is not a permanent or regular role — work will be offered on a per-project basis depending on need.

Responsibilities

Depending on the project, you may be asked to:

Edit short-form video content (Reels, Instagram, social clips)

Edit longer-form content (studio intro videos, class explainers, interviews)

Apply basic colour correction and audio balancing

Add simple captions, text overlays, and light motion graphics (where appropriate)

Deliver edits aligned with an agreed brief, tone, and deadline

Incorporate feedback efficiently and professionally

Style & Brand Fit (Very Important)

You must be able to understand and reflect our ethos:

Clean, modern, premium but approachable aesthetic

Editors who only work in highly stylised, aggressive, or hyper-performance fitness styles may not be a good fit.

Requirements

Proven experience as a video editor

An existing portfolio you can share (links required)

Strong sense of pacing and storytelling

Comfortable working from a creative brief

Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines

Familiarity with social-first video formats (Instagram, etc.)

Access to your own editing software and setup

High Speed, stable internet connection for video file sharing

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

Experience editing fitness, wellness, or lifestyle content

Understanding of social media optimisation (hooks, captions, cut-downs)

Payment

Project-based pricing

Fees will be agreed in advance, based on the size, complexity, and turnaround time of each project

No fixed salary or guaranteed volume of work
