Freelance Software Tutorial Creator [NOT a Video Editing Gig]

This is NOT a video editing position.

I am looking for multiple freelancers who are comfortable recording their screen and creating simple, clear software tutorial videos using their real voice. Minimal editing is required. The focus is on clarity, communication, and being able to explain actions naturally while navigating software.

The videos are straightforward “how-to” tutorials designed to help beginners complete specific tasks within different software platforms commonly used in professional/business environments. This includes tools related to project management, automation, CRM systems, finance, productivity, marketing, website management, and other online business workflows.

The style of the videos is intentionally:
- Simple
- Clear
- Beginner-friendly
- Straight to the point
- Minimal fluff
- Minimal editing

Examples of the tutorial style:
- Showing viewers exactly where to click
- Explaining settings and options clearly
- Walking through tasks step by step
- Creating short, practical tutorials that solve one specific problem

I already have a structured workflow, onboarding system, thumbnail templates, and recording guidelines in place to make the process as efficient and straightforward as possible.

What I’m Looking For:
- Clear spoken English
- Ability to explain things naturally and clearly
- Comfortable recording your screen
- Decent microphone quality
- Reliable communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions consistently
- Able to craft simple thumbnails from a very simple template I have created in Canva (I will create a custom video on how to create them for your ease)

You do not need to be an expert in every platform, but prior experience using online software tools, SaaS platforms, CRMs, website builders, automation tools, or other business software is definitely a plus.

Technical Requirements:
- 1080p screen recordings
- Clear microphone audio
- Real human voice only
- No AI-generated voiceovers

Work Volume:
There is no fixed limit to the amount of work available. I am ideally looking for freelancers who can consistently produce a high volume of videos each week.

Realistically:
- Around 15-30 videos per week would already be considered very good
- 50+ videos per week would be ideal for long-term scaling
- Lower availability is still completely fine if the quality and consistency are strong

Payment:
- $1 USD per approved video
- Paid via Wise
- Long-term work available for reliable freelancers
