Freelance Photo Editor & Retoucher (Project-Based)

I’m looking for a highly skilled and experienced photo editor to join me on a freelance, project-by-project basis. This is a remote opportunity with flexible scheduling, but strong attention to detail, consistency, and reliability are essential.

Requirements:
• Extensive experience editing large wedding catalogs in Lightroom (this is a must)
• Strong retouching skills in Photoshop
• Ability to work with Smart Previews and return fully edited catalogs
• Must be able to match my editing style (reference galleries will be provided)
• Consistent, natural skin tones and clean edits with a strong eye for light, color, and composition
• Comfortable working with high-volume image sets under tight timelines
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
• Must be reliable, responsive, and organized
• Must have their own up-to-date software (Lightroom, Photoshop, and ideally Photo Mechanic)
• Willing to complete a small test project before being considered for ongoing work

Compensation:
Project-based, with payment per job depending on scope.
