Freelance Full-Stack Developer (React + Chrome Extension) – MVP Build for Early-Stage SaaS

We’re building a modular tool to streamline repetitive web-based workflows for a niche services industry. Think Chrome extension, data extraction, and smart form handling, wrapped in a clean, no-nonsense UI.

We’ve already got a real user and clear use cases, and now we’re looking to bring in a technical collaborator to help get the MVP over the line.

What We Need Help With (Phase 1):
• Chrome extension to extract structured data from public web platforms
• Logic to qualify and filter the scraped data
• Basic UI (React + Tailwind) for managing, saving, and exporting results
• Local storage and CSV export support
• Clean modular code that’s easy to evolve later

Tech Stack:
• React + TypeScript + Tailwind
• Vite
• Chrome Extension (Manifest V3)
• Bonus: Python or Node.js for API or microservice work

Ideal Candidate:
• Solid experience building Chrome extensions
• Understands DOM traversal, event listeners, and web scraping
• Comfortable with UI and UX for admin-style tools
• Communicates clearly and works async
• Bonus: Background in SaaS, automation, or productivity tools

Work Style:
• Fully remote
• Collaborating with a solo founder and designer-developer
• Real first user is already defined and testing early flows
• Iterative and async-friendly

Budget and Time Commitment:
• Bootstrapped project on a lean budget
• Phase 1 is estimated at 30 to 40 hours over 2 to 3 weeks (this is subject to change)
